Email addresses at macmastergroup.com are contact channels only and do not make another company the controller.

Account information: your email address used for sign-in, the name and contact email you choose to add, your anonymous platform code, and sign-in events.

Property and Buyer Request information: locations, prices, specifications, descriptions, photographs and the status of each record.

Private messages and activity: Offers, Information Requests, Connection requests, coordination notes, notifications and related timestamps.

Verification information: verification status and the identity and title-deed or ownership documents you upload for review.

Operational information: records held by GLOBALI personnel about the handling of your records, requests and coordination, including case notes where relevant.

Technical information: information necessary to deliver and secure the service, such as request data, error reports and local storage used to keep your language preference and session.

To create and secure your account and verify sign-in codes; to publish and review Properties and Buyer Requests; to deliver Offers, Information Requests and notifications; to coordinate Connections between the two sides; to carry out verification checks; to keep the platform safe and prevent misuse; to support you when you contact us; and to comply with legal obligations.

Processing is carried out on the basis that it is necessary to provide the service you requested and to perform our agreement with you; that it is necessary for our legitimate interest in operating a safe and functioning marketplace, including verification and abuse prevention; that it is necessary to comply with legal obligations; or, where a specific activity requires it, on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw.

In the United Arab Emirates, local data-protection rules apply to this processing. The specific classification of each activity under local law may be refined following professional review; this does not reduce the rights described below.

Marketing information in a published Property or Buyer Request — such as location, price, specifications, description and listing photographs — is visible to platform users.

Your identity, your email address, your telephone number, your Offers, your Information Requests, your Connection details and your verification documents are not public. The other side of a match does not receive your identity or contact details through the platform.

Identity and title-deed documents are stored in private storage. They are not displayed publicly, are not shared with other members, and access is restricted to authorised GLOBALI personnel for verification purposes.

Verification status is set only by authorised personnel; members cannot set or change their own verification status.

We use service providers to operate the platform, including hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery for sign-in codes and notifications, and error monitoring. Providers act on our instructions and are permitted to process personal information only for the purpose of providing their service.

GLOBALI operates across markets and works with providers that may process information outside your country. Where information is transferred internationally, we use providers that offer appropriate safeguards and process the information only for the purposes described in this policy.

Access to personal information is restricted by role. Private documents are held in non-public storage, database access rules restrict each member to their own records, and administrative access is limited to authorised personnel and is scoped to the market they are responsible for.

No system is completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriately and to respond to incidents.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for — for example while your account is active, while a record or coordination is ongoing, and afterwards where retention is necessary for legal, accounting, security or dispute-handling reasons.

Specific retention periods are not stated in this version of the policy. You may ask us what is held about you at any time.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of or objection to certain processing, a copy of information you provided, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

Send requests to admin@macmastergroup.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

You can correct your name and contact email yourself in your Profile. For anything else — including access, correction of other information, or a copy of your data — write to us using the privacy contact channel.

Account deletion is handled manually in this version. There is no automatic self-service account deletion. To request deletion of your account or of specific information, write to admin@macmastergroup.com and we will handle the request manually.

Some information may need to be retained after a deletion request where retention is necessary for legal, accounting, security, audit or dispute-handling reasons. We will tell you where that applies.

The platform uses only the storage necessary to operate: keeping you signed in and remembering your language preference. There is no advertising or third-party tracking, and no analytics or marketing cookies are used in this version of the platform.

The platform compares Properties and Buyer Requests using the criteria in each record to suggest possible matches and to order results. This supports discovery only; it does not make a decision about you, does not produce a legal effect, and coordination decisions are taken by GLOBALI personnel.

The platform is for adults aged 18 or over and is not directed at children.

This policy is versioned. Where a new version materially changes how we handle personal information, you will be asked to review it when you next sign in.
