Terms of Use

The platform is owned and operated by GLOBALI SRL, Tax No. RO49029239, ONRC ROONRC.J2023020455401, registered office Șoseaua Mihai Bravu, Nr. 136, Bl. D20, Scara 2, Etaj 3, Ap. 39, Sector 2, Bucharest, Romania.

GLOBALI SRL is the contracting entity and the party responsible for the platform. Email addresses at macmastergroup.com are used as contact channels only and do not make any other company the owner, operator or contracting party.

GLOBALI is a two-sided marketplace. Property owners and their representatives publish Properties, and buyers publish Buyer Requests describing what they are looking for. Both are first-class records of equal standing.

GLOBALI coordinates communication between the two sides. The platform is not a party to any sale, purchase, lease or other transaction between users.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use the platform. Accounts are personal; you may act for an organisation only if you are authorised to do so.

Access uses your email address and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity carried out through your GLOBALI account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Please tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Properties and Buyer Requests are reviewed by GLOBALI before they become visible. Review is an operational quality check; it is not a valuation, a legal opinion, a title check or a guarantee about the record or the person behind it.

GLOBALI may ask for clarification, edit presentation details for consistency, or decline to publish a record.

An Offer is a private message of interest addressed to a record owner. An Information Request asks for further detail about a record. Both are handled inside the platform and are not visible to other users.

Neither an Offer nor an Information Request creates a binding contract, a reservation or an obligation on either side unless a separate agreement is signed outside the platform.

Where a Property and a Buyer Request appear compatible, a member may ask GLOBALI to coordinate a Connection. GLOBALI reviews the request and, if it proceeds, coordinates the next steps.

Identities and contact details of the other side are not exchanged through the platform. Members do not contact each other directly through GLOBALI, and coordination remains administered by GLOBALI.

Members may submit identity and, where relevant, ownership or title documents so that GLOBALI can carry out verification checks. Verification status is set by GLOBALI personnel only; it cannot be set by the member.

Verification indicates that documents were reviewed at a point in time. It is not a warranty about a person, a property, its legal status or the outcome of any transaction.

You are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and completeness of everything you publish or send, including prices, locations, specifications, documents and representations about ownership or authority to sell.

GLOBALI does not independently confirm every detail supplied by users.

You may not publish false, misleading or unlawful content; impersonate another person; publish a property you have no right to market; attempt to circumvent the platform's privacy and coordination model; scrape, copy or resell platform content; interfere with the platform's security or availability; or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

You may not use the platform to collect other users' personal information or to send unsolicited commercial messages.

GLOBALI does not guarantee that a Property will be sold, that a Buyer Request will be met, that any match, Offer, Information Request or Connection will produce a response, or that any transaction will be completed.

Matching and ranking functionality is informational and assists discovery only.

GLOBALI operates the marketplace and coordinates communication. Local brokerage, legal, translation, valuation, notarial or other professional services, where they are involved at all, are provided by independent providers under their own terms.

GLOBALI does not act as your broker, agent or adviser by operating the platform.

Real-estate transactions carry legal, tax, financial and regulatory consequences that differ by country and by situation. Nothing on the platform is legal, tax, financial or investment advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any commitment.

Where a fee, commission or paid service applies, it will be disclosed to you separately and clearly before you take on any financial commitment. No fee is payable to GLOBALI unless it has been disclosed to you in that way and agreed.

You keep your rights in the content you submit. You grant GLOBALI a non-exclusive licence to host, store, display and process that content to operate the platform and to coordinate with the other side, consistent with the Privacy Policy.

The platform itself, including its software, design, brand and database structure, belongs to GLOBALI and may not be copied or reused without permission.

GLOBALI may remove or unpublish a record, restrict features, or suspend or close an account where these Terms are breached, where information appears false or unlawful, where security or other users are at risk, or where required in order to operate the platform responsibly.

You may stop using the platform at any time and may ask for your account to be closed using the contact channels below.

The Privacy Policy explains what personal information is processed, why, and what choices and rights you have. It forms part of your use of the platform and should be read together with these Terms.

The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons or events outside GLOBALI's control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GLOBALI is not liable for the conduct of other users, the accuracy of user-supplied information, decisions you make based on platform content, or for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing limits rights you have under mandatory local consumer or data-protection law.

These Terms are versioned. Where a new version materially affects your use of the platform, you will be asked to review and accept it when you next sign in. Continuing to use the platform after acceptance means the current version applies.
